Our products are shipped from warehouses located in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Hong Kong. The warehouse your order ships from depends on stock availability for the specific model you've purchased β it's possible your order may ship from a warehouse in a different country if that's where the item was in stock at the time of ordering. Logistics are handled automatically through Shopify to ensure your order is processed as quickly as possible. We perform weekly stock checks to maintain the highest possible product quality.

The products sold on this website are not available for sale, delivery, or use within European Union countries, including France. Orders with a delivery address in the European Union will be automatically declined or cancelled.

Delivery Timeframes Estimated delivery is 5β10 business days depending on your location (excluding weekends, public holidays, and unforeseen carrier delays). This does not include a processing period of 1β3 business days. During promotional periods or periods of high demand, processing may take 7β10 business days.
Delivery estimates are approximate and depend on your country, local postal service, and customs procedures. Any customs duties or additional charges imposed by your government or postal service are your responsibility.
We ship your order to the exact address you provide. Once the package arrives in your destination country, your local postal service handles final delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to contact their local post office regarding any issues that arise after the package reaches the destination country.
For orders shipped to the USA, you will receive a tracking code once your order is dispatched. If tracking doesn't update for a few days, don't worry β updates can sometimes be delayed by a day or two.
Goods are imported on behalf of the buyer. The buyer authorizes Opal to import the goods on their behalf and accepts that Opal may delegate this obligation to a subcontractor. The buyer is responsible for all applicable taxes and customs duties in addition to the purchase price.
Packages returned through no fault of Opal may be reshipped at the customer's expense. Refunds for such returns will be issued in full, minus any shipping costs incurred by Opal.
If returning an item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
FAQ
Lost Packages
We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address entered at checkout. Please verify your billing and delivery addresses before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. If an order cannot be delivered due to an address mistake, you will receive a refund (minus return shipping costs) once the package is returned to our warehouse, or we can reship to the corrected address. If you notice an address error after the package has shipped, let us know as soon as possible and we'll do our best to resolve it before the package is returned.
Customs Charges
We are not responsible for customs or import charges once items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you agree that one or more packages may be sent to you and may be subject to customs fees upon arrival.
Tracking Information You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Please check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it in your inbox.
My Tracking Says "No Information Available"
Some carriers take 2β5 business days to update tracking information. If more than 5 business days have passed since your order was placed and tracking still shows no updates, please contact us.
Can I Cancel an Order?
Yes β you can cancel your order without penalty as long as you do so within 6 hours of placing it. If the item has already shipped, we will not be able to cancel. To cancel, simply email us with "CANCELLATION" in the subject line.
